Canyon Lane Development's Park Meadows Unit 3 plat and construction plans were approved by the White House City Council on Tuesday after staff reported that review comments had been addressed.
City staff told the council the project is the first phase within the subdivision's plan development zoning and that both plat and construction plans require council approval under the development plan process. "All comments on the plat and construction plans have been addressed, following staff review," staff said. The planning and zoning commission considered the item on June 17 and recommended approval.
Butch Hall, a representative of the developer, attended the meeting and was available to answer questions. After confirming there were no outstanding issues, a council member moved to approve the plat and construction plans; the motion carried on a voice vote.
Staff did not attach additional conditions beyond standard construction and permitting requirements; project permits and inspections will proceed through normal development services processes.
