The proclamation named student members Presley Kelly, Kate Kelly, Vera Warner, Charlie Steele, Dalton Holloway and Jacob Kelly and recognized advisors Karen Casselberry and Karen McGaughn for their leadership. Commissioners said the group’s performance earlier in the meeting was appreciated and presented the plaque and certificate onstage.
