Resident urges fixes to Riverside facility lap pool; asks city for incremental improvements

He asked whether the city "intended to make an investment of building a lap pool without a back stroke flat without backstroke flags," and urged the council to consider small incremental changes that would benefit lap swimmers.
Krueger also said a lack of appropriate features at Riverside could send swimmers across the river to other facilities, producing economic and environmental impacts from increased travel.
