The Monongalia County Commission on June 25 approved two administrative requisitions related to excise-tax districts.
Requisition No. 105 for $51,031.59 will be paid to the law firm Steptoe & Johnson for work on University Town Center (UTC) excise-tax district administrative matters and a recent tranche extension. County staff described the payment as covering work on two items the firm had performed.
The commission also approved Requisition No. 17 for $395 from the Series 2021B Harmony Grove Phase 1 administrative expense fund, also to be paid to Steptoe & Johnson. Both motions were moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
No amendments were made and no other budget impacts were discussed at the meeting.
