SCRTD authorizes filing for FTA urban funds for FY2024–25

David Armijo said the resolution authorizes finance staff to submit necessary documents and that the district’s counsel has reviewed the paperwork. Adam will submit the application materials to the state and federal systems so FTA grants can be processed. Armijo described the resolution as consistent with prior years’ submittals and said it was intended to clear items in the grant queue.
Councilor Flores moved to approve the resolution and Mayor Mudillo seconded. The board took a roll-call vote and approved the filing authorization. Staff noted the state and FTA approvals will follow and that some awards may take additional time to process.
