Commission vote to rescind prior decision on UT extension office fails after debate

A motion to rescind the earlier vote was made and seconded; the commission then held a roll call. The roll call produced a mix of yes and no votes and one commissioner said he would “pass” because he had not received all information. The chair announced the motion failed and that the original May vote remained in effect.
