The agreement, which the council approved 5-0, runs from Oct. 1, 2024, through Sept. 30, 2027, and includes cost-of-living adjustments of 4% in year one and 5% in each of the next two years, expanded special-assignment pay and recognition of law enforcement appreciation day as a paid holiday.
