Benton County supervisors approved a resolution accepting the final plat for a replat of Lot 14 at Rau Jo Mesa Estates, allowing the property owner to subdivide the lot to enable financing for a new building.
A county official explained the owner replatting the lot did so because a bank would not finance construction on the whole parcel; dividing it into separate lots allowed the owner to seek separate financing for a building. County staff confirmed the final plat and resolution were in order and recommended approval.
The board approved Resolution 25-48 by voice vote; the auditor’s office will record the signed plat and complete routing for signatures as required.
