After a closed executive session on pending and potential litigation under RCW 42.30.110, the Issaquah City Council returned to open session on June 23 and authorized the city administrator to execute a separation agreement as discussed in executive session.
Council President Walsh announced the executive session was held under RCW 42.30.110 for pending and potential litigation and that the session was expected to last approximately 15 minutes. After returning to open session, a councilmember moved to authorize the city administrator to execute the separation agreement; the motion was seconded and the council voted in favor. The motion passed unanimously.
No additional terms of the agreement were disclosed on the public record. The council recorded the authorization and adjourned the meeting.
