Council nominates Paul Bergadama to represent cities on Montgomery County Emergency Communication District board

Staff explained the county asked for city nominations by July 18; once the city’s nomination is submitted, the district will distribute a ballot for the city’s vote. Councilmembers identified Paul Bergadama, who previously served in local government and now works in consulting, as the city’s nominee and approved the nomination by majority vote.
A councilmember noted that the city would receive a ballot following nominations, and staff will submit the city’s nomination to the county per the requested timeline.
