Staff said, "Everything is up to date. We complied with everything that was needed," and noted the insurance declaration was included in the application packet. The staff presentation also stated that the application met the city’s permit requirements.
A motion to approve the permit was made during the meeting and the council carried the motion by a unanimous recorded vote. The council did not attach additional conditions to the permit during the public portion of the meeting.
