Staff said they will meet with the selected students for onboarding in mid‑August and invited other applicants to participate in committees and the district’s strategic‑planning process.
Board members suggested clarifying the student‑representative rubric and widening recruitment to ensure representation from Catalyst School where appropriate. The appointment motion passed unanimously with no dissent.
