The council then moved, seconded and approved the three resolutions; a roll-call vote recorded affirmatives from Council member Barbieri, Mayor Pro Tem Seacrest, Council member Guthrie, Council member Lowe and Mayor Karen Ray Russom.
Ending: Staff will forward the signed resolutions and engineer’s reports to the county for inclusion on the 2025–26 property tax roll. The city manager and capital projects staff said they will return to council with project scheduling details as construction milestones are set.
