The Upson County Board of Commissioners voted Tuesday to appoint Macy Moss Chatfield to the McIntosh Trail Community Service Board to fill a position that had been vacant for some time.
A commissioner told the board the position had been vacant “for some time” and that McIntosh Trail Community Service Board requirements had been confirmed. Staff said Chatfield had worked with the agency and met its qualifications.
The motion to appoint Chatfield passed unanimously: Commissioner Jones — yes; Commissioner Biggs — yes; Vice Chair Watson — yes. Staff said McIntosh Trail was prepared to enroll Chatfield to the board.
