Board reissues prior approval and grants 3-foot height, 30-foot setback variances for Howard Street fence

A board member moved to approve the 3-foot height variance and 30-foot setback variance to be installed on the side-yard property line as previously approved; the board carried the motion by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
The board noted that, as with other variances, administrative or Board of Adjustment processes may apply for related permits.
