Barbara Casimino of the Purchasing Department said the contract was split among four vendors to cover a broad set of temporary staffing needs (custodial, grounds, accounting, secretarial). She estimated annual spend around $100,000 and said three incumbent vendors have served the county previously. A committee member noted the packet did not include a scoring matrix or scoring sheet and moved to hold the resolution until that documentation was provided; the committee seconded and approved the hold.
The hold directs Purchasing to provide the evaluation/scoring documentation to the committee before the item returns for final action. Committee members did not take a final vote on contract awards while the scoring information is missing.
