Board members raised the normal budget‑management concern that a larger one‑year allocation could require program changes if the federal allocation later declines; Vice Chair Bernard Campbell recommended caution about adding recurring costs that would later need to be funded from the general budget if Title I monies are reduced.
Action: Bernard Campbell moved that the board authorize acceptance and expenditure of the Title I allocation of $370,852.57 for FY26; Kelly Moss seconded. The motion carried, 5‑0.
