At its June 24 meeting the Development Review Committee (DRC) tabled final approval of the Mountain America Credit Union commercial site plan proposed for the intersection of 200 East and Main Street.
The DRC tabled the application after staff and department reviewers raised outstanding items that must be addressed, including coordination with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) on an existing shared drive approach, additional stormwater calculations and a reconfiguration of an infiltration gallery that currently sits under curb and gutter.
