We still have access to it. We, we'll interlock our own lock onto theirs."
The presenter explained landowners provide and pay for the gate and lock; the county posts a resolution number on the gate to show official authorization and retains legal ownership and access rights for maintenance and emergency entry. The road would remain county property and not be vacated; the county would maintain a coordinated access arrangement with the landowners.
