The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a five-year use permit on Wednesday to allow continued arts-and-crafts shows at Sedona Vista Village in the Village of Oak Creek, formalizing the event schedule, vendor limits and rules for live music.
Stephanie Johnson, a planner with Yavapai County Development Services, told the board the application sought modest changes to an existing permit: increase the permit term from two to five years and formally acknowledge live music, which has been present at events. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 9-0 to recommend approval.
