The Lebanon City Council approved one‑year as‑needed agreements with three contractors — Bo Ellenstein, Hicks Co. LLC, and Tubbs and Son Construction — to perform building demolition, site cleanup and emergency demolition services. Bids were received and evaluated, and staff recommended entering into agreements with all three bidders.
Work awarded under the agreements will be task‑order based, using hourly labor and equipment rates provided by bidders and cost estimates per project. Staff noted the contracts will allow the city to respond quickly to demolition needs and to issue emergency demolition work when required.
Council approved the ordinance on first and second reading. Staff will manage task orders and call on the awarded contractors as projects arise.
