The Vineland City Council adopted Ordinance 2025-47 on June 17, a bond ordinance providing a supplemental appropriation of $3,397,000 for improvements to the Joseph E. Romano Sports Complex and authorizing issuance of $3,397,000 in bonds or notes to finance the cost.
Mister Franchetta presented the ordinance for public hearing and final reading; the council opened the hearing, received no public comment, and voted to adopt. Doctor Arthur, Council member Vargas, President Paul Spinelli and Vice President Cruz Gomez voted in favor; Council member English was absent. The ordinance will be submitted to the mayor for approval or disapproval.
