The Verona Common Council approved development agreements enabling two residential subdivision phases to proceed: Arden Glen Phase 4 and Kettle Creek North Phase 8.
Viridian requested approval to start Arden Glen Phase 4, a 29‑lot phase with public improvements slated to commence about July 13, 2025 and substantially complete by Oct. 31, 2025, subject to contract scheduling and final city approvals. City staff said the commencement date will be determined by the developer’s contractor schedule and by city review.
H & H Properties I, LLC requested approval to start Kettle Creek North Phase 8, an eight‑lot phase; staff said both developers intend to begin work shortly after July 4 so construction schedules are similar to Arden Glen.
Alders moved and seconded the respective motions; both approvals were contingent on final sign‑off by the city attorney and city administrator. The council approved Arden Glen Phase 4 and Kettle Creek North Phase 8 by voice vote during the meeting.
City staff noted routine next steps for both projects include final plan and specification reviews, coordination of public improvements, and ensuring stormwater and utility work meet city standards.
