Interim chief says DOJ probe closed but department will continue reforms and supervisor outreach

“We are gonna be on this path of continuous improvement,” Orender said, adding that even successful organizations “go back and they look at game film” to find ways to improve. He said the message of ongoing evaluation and accountability should continue when a permanent chief is selected.
