House approves three Senate bills on workers' compensation and a mental-health transition pilot

Representative Blackmun rose to explain his vote on one of the workers' compensation measures, recounting his experience as a casualty assistance officer in the military and noting concerns families face after a death; he said he would vote yes. The House proceeded through the roll calls and the clerk recorded the tallies before instructing that each bill be conveyed to the Senate.
