Delaware County approves $35,000 asset-management contract as sewer taps climb

The Delaware County Board of Commissioners on May 29 approved a $35,000 professional services agreement with Ferguson and NIPO Inc. for annual technical support of the county’s asset management program.
Tiffany Mag, director of environmental services, told the board the contract will provide technical assistance as the county improves its asset database and develops a prioritization framework to schedule maintenance and replacements for critical infrastructure. “This is basically technical assistance as we improve our asset database,” Mag said.
