Rob Riley, chief deputy engineer, described the owner's agreement as the county's standard development agreement with MI Homes for the development of 43 single‑family lots "including the street [and] stormwater improvements in Burling Fawn," and said the plat has been approved by required county agencies and is ready for commission approval.
On roads, the board approved acceptance of Hyatts Crossing Drive (phase 3). Riley said Hyatts Crossing Drive "was completed last year, has been, through the required development or maintenance period, and is ready to be accepted onto the public system." The commission approved the acceptance by voice vote under Resolution 25-451.
The commissioners also approved a drainage maintenance petition to place the storm sewer system for Courtyards on Concord — described in the meeting as a 54‑unit Epcon community near Harton Fields — onto the county drainage maintenance system (Resolution 25-452). County staff described eight routine utility right‑of‑way permits and recommended approval (Resolution 25-453).
The plat and owner's agreement for Berlin Farm West Section 6 were approved together (Resolutions 25-450 and 25-454). Commissioners recorded ayes on those motions and moved the developments and related infrastructure into county review and maintenance systems.
