Peachtree City wins two Hermes gold awards; Navigate PTC app recognized for design

Peachtree City's public communications team announced that four city submissions to the 2025 Hermes Creative Awards received recognition, including two gold awards for the Navigate PTC app and the recreation and special events sponsorship packet.
Vivian Lett of the public communications team told the council the international Hermes awards judge entries across print, digital and interactive media. "Peachtree City has been honored, at the 2025 Hermes Creative Awards," Lett said, noting the program receives thousands of entries and recognizes design and creativity.
Lett described the Navigate PTC app as an interactive tool that provides multiuse path directions, local business listings, a pin‑based feature for connecting with others and a mechanism to report issues such as fallen trees and stormwater overflow. The sponsorship packet — available in print and online — guides local businesses on opportunities to support city recreation events. Two other entries, a multiuse path brochure and a video about first responder mental health awareness, received honorable mentions.
Council members thanked the communications team and invited staff and council to pose for a photo to mark the recognition.
