City Attorney Hearn described the agreement as a partnership allowing city users and students to share improved court facilities. Hearn said the School Board approved the agreement the prior day and that staff had completed last-minute negotiations to finalize terms.
Commissioners moved and seconded the item and approved the license agreement unanimously.
