HORTONVILLE, Wis. — Resident Greg Dyer told the Village of Hortonville board on June 19 that construction at a nearby subdivision has repeatedly disturbed residents with loud generator noise, litter and overgrown weeds, and he urged the board to adopt construction conditions for building permits.
“Now imagine that running for 45 hours straight, pointed at my house,” Dyer said about a small fan/ventilation setup used during interior finishing. He said the device ran early in the morning at about 6:20 a.m., repeatedly, and that officers had taken a noise complaint.
