Members suggested placing that language in the limitations section and adding a clear printed notice to the facility‑use application so applicants understand consequences in advance.
The board directed the policy committee and administration to draft revised language that specifies a warning and subsequent forfeiture of facility use for repeated violations; the policy language and an updated facility‑use application will be brought back for the board’s consideration. No named organization was removed from facility use at the workshop.
