District staff told the board that the Susquehanna High School construction project is moving toward final closeout and that the district will begin to receive final payment requests in the coming weeks.

Randy Buffington and project staff reported a remaining project budget of approximately $875,000 and an available contingency of about $560,000. Project staff said they expect only minor change orders as they finalize punch‑list items and obtain final closeout documentation.

Buffington also updated the board on building repairs that had been questioned at previous meetings; he said the general contractor verified previously reported leaks were repaired and that the district will continue testing and monitoring. Administrators said lead and copper sampling at several campuses returned favorable results for the May testing cycle.

Project representatives told the board the server and infrastructure hardware remain in good repair and that a mid‑year maintenance provider change required updated maintenance and licensing agreements; the board previously approved renewal of VxRail licensing and support.

No final contract awards were made at the meeting; staff said final payment requests and closeout documentation will be presented to the board for approval as they arrive.
