Staff told the commission that the developer for Holland Fields has submitted as-built drawings to the highway department for review; staff’s recommendation was to join the performance-period extension and any proposed reduction request for Phase 2 at the Sept. 25 hearing so the highway department can review installed infrastructure and updated cost estimates.
