The board approved a move to a modernized human resources platform, selecting Red Rover to manage staff absences, hiring, onboarding and time sheets, and Comply to handle professional growth, Act 48 tracking and tuition reimbursement functions.
Curriculum and HR presenters said the district evaluated multiple vendors and chose Red Rover for its more contemporary functionality, including the ability to solicit and store electronic documentation such as FBI and state police clearances and to push required forms directly to new hires. Comply was presented as the professional growth and compliance system that can submit Act 48 hours directly to the state and manage training records.
Board members voted as part of the consent agenda to approve those platform agreements. The board also approved two memoranda of understanding related to employee benefits: an Unum underpayment resolution for 2025 and GLP‑1 coverage for 2025. A set of personnel items were approved contingent on submission of required documentation and clearances as prescribed by state and federal law.
Administrators said the new platforms are expected to modernize HR workflows, streamline clearance collection and improve tracking of professional development and compliance.
