Plano touts asphalt overlays as faster, cost-saving road repair

"Repairing concrete typically requires the removal and replacement of an entire section of road. With asphalt overlays, we start with concrete repairs that are showing signs of distress or failure. A binder is then placed between the concrete and asphalt. The overlay is then applied," he said.
