The proposed amendment removes the local expiration date to align local code with state law.
During discussion board members queried a phrasing point in the draft about the use of the legal term “estopped.” Staff confirmed the use was correct and recommended the text as written; the board voted to recommend the amendment to City Council for adoption.
The Planning Board's recommendation sends the amendment to City Council for final action.
