Harris County approves New Horizons lease renewal, names Beau Barber to Family and Children Services board and accepts 0.178-acre deed gift

The attorney said the conveyed parcel "is really just on her property" and called accepting the gift "the cleanest, most efficient way for her to clear that" versus a quiet-title action.
