Council members said Roberts’ work on the housing element certification and other tasks justified the award. The 2.7% adjustment mirrors the cost‑of‑living adjustments provided to other town staff, the city attorney noted. Council Member DuVoy moved to approve the amendment and Council Member Woodmore seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
