• 149 Cannon Street — Resolution read and approved as written (voice vote).

• 148 Franklin Street — Resolution read and approved as written; applicant present and board wished the owner luck with the project.

Adjourned public hearings (no decisions, hearings continued to July 14): • 100 North Hamilton Street — Opened and then adjourned to July 14 (no public speakers present).

• 121 Parker Avenue — Opened and adjourned to July 14 (no public speakers present).

• 105 Albany Street — Public hearing opened; the board heard extended comments and directed the applicant to return with revisions and additional materials; matter adjourned to July 14.

• 134 Smith Street — Public hearing opened and adjourned to July 14 after board raised parking and use concerns.

• 709–719 Main Street (three sign variances for a new O'Reilly Auto Parts location) — Public hearing opened and adjourned to next meeting; staff will place drafted resolutions on the July agenda.
