Separately, administration proposed an addendum for architectural services related to modular classrooms. Initial plans to relocate a modular unit and add roofing and doors prompted review and city feedback that raised code and permitting concerns. Administration said the immediate short‑term work will prioritize a new porch with a ramp and stairs, fencing to create a protective barrier between modulars and the building and changes to trash/recycling and accessible parking locations. Architects are completing additional drawings for city review and the board approved the authorization for addendum work.
