The Camarillo Planning Commission on Tuesday approved a conditional use permit allowing Green Room Golf LLC to open an indoor golf practice facility in a 4,011-square-foot unit at 4023 Camino Ranchero, Unit A.
Assistant Planner Sean Koonikau told commissioners the unit is in a multi-tenant industrial complex and that the applicant proposes no physical changes to the site. He said the complex provides 103 on-site parking spaces, that the combined 42,098 square feet of the two buildings requires 57 spaces under the city's parking code, and that the project requires seven spaces, leaving a surplus of 46 spaces.
