The motion to change the meeting date passed on a roll-call vote with all present directors recorded as “aye.” Roll-call responses recorded by Miss Rath showed Director Hersey, Director Mizrahi, Director Rankin, Director Sarju, Vice President Briggs, Director Clark and President Toph voting yes.
No further procedural actions, amendments or follow-up assignments were recorded during the discussion. The move was described by board members as an administrative adjustment to promote participation for a meeting that will include the district’s budget vote.
