Council approves retroactive lease extension with Captain Jay’s miniature golf through 2015

Sirick said the mayor and staff hope additional tourist activity and service-industry development will increase use of the island and support the business.
The council approved the retroactive lease to run through 2015 and noted staff would be open to future renegotiation if the tenant sought changes at that time.
