President Herrick pulled the item from the consent agenda for brief discussion; councilors noted resident concerns about potential noise associated with a cabaret license. Herrick said the council will “keep an eye on this” during the first license period and invited citizens to bring any concerns to her or the city clerk.
After discussion the council voted to approve the license and agent appointment; the motion carried.
