Griffin said Garland (vendor) offered a 30‑year warranty; county staff said the Platte River Library (sic in transcript) will provide $150,000 in the 2025 budget and another $150,000 in the 2026 budget toward the project. The presenter described the board action as approval of the proposal; he noted a formal contract template had been reviewed and would be completed and brought back to the board.
The board approved the proposal by voice vote (3–0). The motion authorized staff to proceed with finalizing contract documents and returning them to the board for signature. No contract dollar amount was presented at the meeting; the board approved the proposal rather than executing a final contract.
