Residents tell council Ironwood Apartments has become a 'crime zone'; police describe extra patrols, limited enforcement options

Residents at a Lebanon City Council meeting said Ironwood Apartments has become a "crime zone," describing shootings, SWAT responses and nightly disturbances that have left elderly neighbors frightened and prompted calls for city action.
