"We've gone from possibly two school districts leaving to the statement there was all school districts are exploring leaving True North," said Kaye, a board member who attended the True North meeting. She said the consortium is moving to amend its articles of incorporation so member districts would not be required to hire an outside consultant to prepare a comprehensive plan and would not have to reimburse True North staff for that work.
