Planning staff summarized the administrative history: the county received the application in March 2025, approved SCA2025-017 with a declaration of agricultural covenant attached, accepted an amended map in May and scheduled the item for commissioners to sign the covenant document as required by local subdivision regulation.
Why it matters: Under the county'9s subdivision regulations, an agricultural-use-only parcel must be accompanied by a covenant that runs with the land, signed by the landowner and the county, and revocable only by mutual consent of the board and the landowner.
