Mark Hood of McKinstry told council the team is about 80–90% complete and has logged roughly 1,400 asset line items and thousands of photos into a workbook and a computer maintenance management system (CMMS). Hood said the assessment will produce two‑page building summaries, a 30‑year capital plan rollup and a preventive maintenance program to support clean‑buildings criteria and daily operations.
