Motion by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mr. Brace, to implement the summer schedule passed unanimously; board members Anderson, Franzudo, Brace and Mayo voted aye and the chair cast the deciding vote in the affirmative.
Board members agreed that if an additional meeting is needed in July or August it can be scheduled, and they set the next meeting for July 15.
